All of us females get this. You're at the grocery store or maybe the gas station and you run into a guy who you used to talk to a year or so ago. You make small talk. You go through the how have you beens and what's new drill.
You're still looking good to him so...before you leave, he says something along the lines of..."What's your number" or "Let me get that number again." *pause*
Ok...when this happens, you have to ask yourself a few things.
-First, apparently it didn't work out the first time. Why do you figure I want to try a do-over?
-Second, you think I'm still looking good because if you didn't, you probably wouldn't have re-asked for the number. With that said...what if this last year wasn't as good to you and the attraction is gone.
-Third, if you really liked me to begin with, how come you lost my number? #fail #tryagainnexttime
Now that we've covered those questions...ladies how do you feel when a past guy re-asks for the number and fellas...why the heck do yall do that??

Though Claressa Shields may be a beast inside the ring, it seems she’s no
chump outside of it either—especially when it comes to her apparently

I think that the botton line is...they STILL like how u look so they wanna give it another go!
ReplyDeleteMaybe the guy wasnt sure that your number was still the same and a guy tends to be considered a "player" or even a "WannaBe Player" if he has a lot of different female names in his phone. As a male I really havnt given that much thought. Sometimes things like that we overlook because it simply doesnt occur to us that its a minor detail that doesnt inspire a second thought.
